Photograpy: Saga SigIn April this year I designed the costumes for a beautiful short period film called Lament. The writer and director of this film, Chi Yu found the image above on a blog and it became the starting point and inspiration for the story. This very moving and beautiful image is of the final collection of the very talented CSM fashion graduate, Sorcha O'Raghallaigh.
Below are some screen shots from the film. It was a real challenge for me to put together 6 wedding outfits and 5 funeral ones of that period with the budget provided, but I am quite happy with the result. I will be posting the trailer and telling you a little bit more about the filming and costumes very soon.
